November Exclusive Offer - Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
The November Exclusive Offer (the "Offer") is available only to individuals aged 18 and over.
The Offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom.
2. Offer Period:
The Offer is valid from November 1, 2023 to November 30, 2023.
3. Part Exchange Value:
To qualify for the minimum £1000 part exchange value for your current car, the individual or a family member must have owned the car for at least 6 months.
The car being part-exchanged must have a valid MOT.
The part exchange value is subject to a vehicle appraisal by Pershore Motor Group.
4. Finance Contribution:
To be eligible individuals must apply for finance through our chosen lender, Northridge Finance.
The finance application is subject to approval by Northridge Finance based on their terms and conditions.
The finance rate of 8.9% APR may change subject to application with Northridge Finance
6. Exclusivity:
This Offer is exclusive to transactions conducted at Pershore Motor Group.
The Offer applies only to in-stock vehicles and is subject to vehicle availability.
7. Limitations:
The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer, or discount unless explicitly stated.
Only one Offer may be redeemed per transaction.
8. Cancellations and Refunds:
Any cancellations or refunds for vehicles purchased under this Offer are subject to Pershore Motor Group's standard policies and procedures.
9. Modification or Termination:
Pershore Motor Group reserves the right to modify or terminate the Offer, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice.
10. Discretion:
All decisions regarding eligibility and the application of this Offer will be at the sole discretion of Pershore Motor Group.
11. Compliance:
All transactions must comply with Pershore Motor Group's standard sales and finance procedures.
12. Data Protection:
By participating in this Offer, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information by Pershore Motor Group in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
